Will our treasures be safe?
Most assuredly, we started with high perimeter fencing and installed lighting. Then, we equipped it with video security cameras and the latest in monitoring devices on both gates and throughout the property. Next, we purchased software specifically designed for our facility to protect your privacy in both account information and gate access. We are so committed to your safety that we live on site, so someone is always looking out for you.
Will the staff be knowledgeable and helpful?
We really want your business and referrals. Our staff has trained both in Mesa Police Department Mini Storage Anti-Theft program and they are certified storage professionals. We can help you make correct decisions regarding air conditioning requirements, or size whether your needs are professional or personal.
What about pest control?
Yes, done by professionals every month.
Do you have packing supplies?
Boxes, tape, covers, packing, bubble wrap, and locks. We also have dollies and carts to help with your loading and unloading. Really big load? We can help you with our forklift for a small fee.
Will you take deliveries if I have a commercial account from Fed Ex or UPS?
Yes, we have just the program for your convenience and since all units are ground level access is easy.
What about RVs and boats, can we manipulate turns safely?
We designed extra wide aisles with you in mind. Plus we added a dump station for your convenience.
Are you involved in the community?
Yes, we are a training ground for K9 units. So if you see police cars, it’s a good thing. We are also active members of the Arizona Mini Storage Association.
Anything else?
Yes, we also offer racing fuel and propane. We are neighbors with ATAC (Arizona Total Auto Care) and Interstate All Battery Center (selling every battery for every need), both are family owned and operated business. So come on by, have a cup of coffee, and get acquainted. You'll be glad you did.
